For managing the project efficiently, PTC has developed an unique state-of-the-art Complaint Handling cum MIS Software for LED Street Light Project.
It’s a web-based software which is also accessible through mobile App, allows site engineers at various locations in the state of Andhra Pradesh to feed-in data pertaining to complaints, rectification, spares etc.
Its key features include the consolidation of data entered remotely automatic generation of reports & MIS in prescribed formats, Invoice-wise status of payments from all ULBs, consolidated update on availability of spares and maintenance teams in a ULB on daily basis
